Since inception in March 2026, we have helped security leaders, founders, engineers, and researchers make better decisions about managing AI risks.

We have touched the minds of more than 200,000 people nearly a million times.

Therefore, we are starting a new program to help the next generation of AI security defenders get their start.

The future AI security defenders

1. Each intern spends 8-12 weeks on a real research project. They reproduce attacks from new papers, test the defenses against them, and publish the results on The Weather Report under their own name.
2. They do it alongside security practitioners, academic researchers, and the vendors who build AI security products.
3. Each intern leaves with published research, hands-on skills, and a network across the industry that help them get their first AI security job.
